The agreement
By downloading or using Pregnancy Tracker: Day by Day you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement applies.
Not medical advice
The app is an information and record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace care from a midwife, doctor or clinic. Weekly sizes and weights are population averages taken from published sources and will not match every pregnancy. Timers and counters measure what you record; they do not decide when you should call anyone or go anywhere. If something worries you, contact your care team.
Purchases
The app offers a paid tier. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. A one-time purchase does not renew. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.
Your content
What you write and photograph in the app is yours. The developer has no access to it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups; exporting a PDF or CSV is the simplest way to do that.
Availability
The app is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
Changes
These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
