My week looks wrong

Open Settings, then Dates and method. Pick the way you actually know your dates — a scan or a due date from your care team is usually the most accurate — and the app recalculates. Your existing records are not affected.

The size jumped between two weeks

Until week 19 babies are measured from head to bottom; from week 20 they are measured from head to heel. That is why the number jumps at week 20. The card says which measurement it is using.

I changed phones and my records are missing

Sign in to the same Apple Account and turn on iCloud Drive, then open the app and wait a moment. The app syncs through your own private iCloud container, so the records follow your Apple Account, not an app account.

I bought the app but it asks me to buy again

Open Settings and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy.

My pregnancy ended

Open Settings, then Pregnancies, then \"This pregnancy has ended\". Reminders and weekly updates stop immediately. Your records stay in the archive until you choose to delete or export them.

I want my data out of the app

Settings has a keepsake PDF and a CSV of every record. Archived pregnancies can be exported the same way.
